Training your thoughts

Have you ever thought of something negative and it happened? That is an example of how powerful our thought process is. Our brain is very powerful and its energy and thinking patterns creates our situations. We have to train our thoughts so that we only think great things will happen and you will start to see them come to pass. We have to definitely enforce confidence and all that comes with believing in our ability to do exceedingly great in our future. Constant positive thoughts gives the universe the permission to force positive energy to surround us. Forcefully removing negative thoughts and constantly thinking positive thoughts is one way one can train their thought process. We should not only train our physical strength but we must train our mental strength as well.
